You won’t do what doesn’t make you evolve. that’s not how it works… mmmorpgs are games that are about progression… you want to constantly be evolving. thinks that only because a person is Pvper will do it just for love. I don’t understand people here… people think it’s wrong in a mmorpg for you to want to do something and get a reward. Because AGS does not appriciate PvP players It will take the majority of the players new world has. WHEN that game comes, and eventually it will come. If it will be riot MMO or ashes of creation or something else. You know as well as me that when another game comes along which appriciates the PvP players. Its quite frustrating to see something which could be so great just completely wasted. And instead they focus only on 5man dungeons and musical instruments and fishing. its one of the most fun pvp games out there right now. The combat they have created in this game is so damn good. Its a 3 point dom, the most boring game mode in any game ever. but the end result is very few really love OPR.
OPR is a cute attempt at some off-brand moba style pvp. There are a million different ways they could incentivise open world pvp or to create a culture or dynamic for world pvp to happen. Territories in conflict or awaiting war could have been pvp zones. But they are totally spoiling the best potential of the game by not focusing on the open world pvp at all.
